Week 2 into our Ryan Homes (Venice) journey.

Today was an exciting day for us. We 1st met with the Riterug rep to choose the flooring in our home. We chose Graystone 105 Amazing Greige carpet for the family room, fully finished basement, living room, Zone 2 (all of 2nd level except bathrooms and laundry room). We also chose to have Black Cherry hand rails for basement steps and steps leading up to the 2nd level. In the Owner's Bath we chose to have ceramin surround owners bath with soaker tub. And the ceramic we chose to have around the tub, walls and shower is Heathland HL02 Raffia 9×12 with Tiger Eye Te28 Sumatran 1× random. And floor tile will be Heathland HL02 Raffia 12×12. We will be installing our own choice of flooring from lumber liquidators. But until the the kitchen, morning room, powder room and laundry room will have Initiator 66204 Ancient Slate Autumn laminate flooring. Santa Cecelia granite kitchen countertops & island. Week 1 Ryan Homes Building our Venice

This is our 1st blog ever so bare with us. We would love feed back, opinions, honesty and help. We're building a new home with Ryan Homes. It's a Venice model Elevation C. We loved Elevation E but it's not offered with a porch in our area (NE Ohio) so we chose C with porch. We signed our purchaser agreement. Went through the pre approval and picked out our home options and upgrades. I will be sure to list them all later today or in the days to come.
