Week 1 Ryan Homes Building our Venice
This is our 1st blog ever so bare with us. We would love feed back, opinions, honesty and help. We're building a new home with Ryan Homes. It's a Venice model Elevation C. We loved Elevation E but it's not offered with a porch in our area (NE Ohio) so we chose C with porch. We signed our purchaser agreement. Went through the pre approval and picked out our home options and upgrades. I will be sure to list them all later today or in the days to come.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your inspiring words. We have not yet got the final conformation for our build. We met with NVR today for the 1st time after pre-approval. We are a little over the dept to income ratio benchmark they would us to be at to send our loan to underwriting. So in these next few weeks we will be doing whatever it takes to make it happen.
